By creating an account or accessing the Zeyra platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Merchant Account Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, managing business inventory accurately, and adhering to applicable commercial laws when fulfilling customer orders.

3. Payments & Fees

Subscription plan fees and platform transaction processing rates are billed as transparently specified in your active merchant plan tier. All bank payouts are processed according to standard settlement windows.

4. Limitation of Liability

Zeyra provides the platform "as is" and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from merchant business operations or third-party delivery dispatch services.
